Violet Rushnyk & Diamond Mesh Pysanka — a real Ukrainian goose egg, hand-painted in the traditional wax-batik technique, set on a rare bright violet background. A white wave-shaped infinity border dotted with small white circles crowns the top, followed by a narrow notched rushnyk band running down the side. The rest of the shell is covered in a dense yellow-and-orange diagonal lattice, filled with solid red diamonds and white diamonds carrying a fine cross pattern.

The bright violet background is a rare and eye-catching choice in pysanka art, and the rushnyk band recalls the embroidered ceremonial towels used in Ukrainian homes to bring blessing.
