Poppy & Crystal Crown Pysanka — a real Ukrainian goose egg, hand-painted in the traditional wax-batik technique. A dark crown with golden sunray fringe opens into a sharp, crystal-point zigzag border, leading down through a red-gold diamond lattice and a dotted border into a central band of red poppy blossoms with green leaves, then mirrored back up the other side of the egg.

The sharp triangle border is a long-standing pysanka motif tied to order and the turning of the seasons, while the poppy carries folk associations with remembrance and family memory.
