Daisy & Poppy Pysanka — a real Ukrainian goose egg, hand-painted in the traditional wax-batik technique. A white daisy-like flower with rounded petals crowns the top of the egg, framed by golden scrollwork and red dots on a dark ground, leading through a dotted border into a dense diamond-lattice band with green leaf accents and red poppy blossoms at the base.

Flower motifs in pysanka art are traditionally associated with beauty and new life, while the poppy carries long-standing folk associations with remembrance and family memory.
