Unfortunately Ukrainian post doesn't offer insurance as option, but it cover the cost if package is lost in mail after their investigation. Investigation can be started after 30 days from shipping date. Investigation takes 2-4 weeks. If package was lost in mail we will offer you a repeat shipping or a full refund, this will be discussed and your satisfaction is our goal. We have a 99.8% successful delivery rate with this 3rd party service provider. As for the packaging material we do a good work, don't worry about damaging.

Shipping via Registered Airmail from Ukraine. We ship orders every day of week depending of the congestion, but no more than 72 hours following receipt payment. Rush shipping available via EMS Ukraine, but the minimal shipping cost with this method is $48. Please contact us for rush shipping.
